Samsung‘s latest smartwatch is also a smartphone, the upcoming Samsung Gear S is equipped with a 3G modem.

Samsung Gear S is a high performance Tizen wearable platform based smartwatch that measures 39.8 x 58.3 x 12.5mm. The smart watch sports a sleek, fashionable design, and features a 2-inch curved Super AMOLED display with 360 x 480 pixels resolution that provides smooth aesthetics and a richer view for your notifications, messages and various info from your smartphone wirelessly connected via Bluetooth, while built-in 3G and WiFi allows the smart watch to keep connected with the Internet in order to receive notifications from social networks, calendars and applications even without your smartphone.
