Polaroid has unveiled the Polaroid Cube, an action camera that will rival the popular GoPro Hero cameras. Polaroid Corporation thinks it’s time to stab the camera on its weak point, and that’s pricing. The Cube is shock-resistant, waterproof to a depth of two meters, has a wide angle lens, shoots photos and HD videos, and takes microSD memory cards.
The Polaroid Cube is a pocket friendly 6 megapixel action camera that only measures 35mm tall with 124-degree wide angle lens, a built in battery that the company claims to record 1080 videos up to 90 minutes, and, as mentioned earlier, is water resistant up to 2M and shockproof.
The Polaroid Cube has a built-in magnet that allows you to mount it quickly to any metal surface, and optional bike mount, tripod mount and suction mount with waterproof case provide more free to mount the action camera to anywhere you want.
Apart from that, the mini camera supports up to 32GB microSD card, and its rechargeable battery lasts up to 90 minutes of video recording.
Polaroid Cube is priced at $100 USD and you can buy it at Photojojo online store (http://photojojo.com/store/awesomeness/polaroid-cube-camera/).
